With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. As well as specific practice details such as opening hours and how to register, you’ll find a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
We are open on Saturday mornings at The Peterlee Health Centre 8:00am- 12:30pm
Appointments can be booked in advance or if you need an urgent appointment, walkin appointments are available. However, as this is a shared arrangement between several different GP practices in the Health Centre, GPs take turns to proivide this weekend opening facility - so it won't always be a Carodoc GP,but the GPs will be able to access your medical records and provide appropriate clinical care including organising referrals.
Well Man/Woman Clinic
Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals and back-up staff offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.
Patient Online Access
Did you know that you can now access some of our services online direct from your Smart Phone or a Tablet ?
You can make GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view certain digitally coded areas of your medical records including some test results online. Please speak to one of our friendly Reception Team for your "User Specific" logon details to access this service.
We hope you enjoy having a look around the site and familiarising yourself with the services offered. Whatever your thoughts, be sure to let us know via our feedback function. Comments and suggestions are always a great way of helping us continue to enhance the way we look after you.
Wheelchair access to the building is via a ramp near the front entrance. Patient services are all provided at ground-floor level. A disabled patients’ WC is provided.
